The purpose of this article is to establish the procedure for the public sale of surplus real property by the Village of Mayville. The General Law Village Act of the State of Michigan, Public Act No. 3 of 1895, as amended (MCL Section 67.4) provides for the public sale of real property by a general law village. (Ord.
