Section 18.63
The department of public works superintendent shall supply the route over which a structure is to be moved and the time allowed for such moving. All reasonable effort must be made in the moving so as to least obstruct any street, alley or other public place, and if it becomes necessary to leave the structure thereon after sundown, there shall be erected around the structure a suitable warning barrier and the structure shall be properly illuminated to prevent injuries or damages.
