Section 18.84
Before a license shall be issued under this division, the applicant shall file with the village clerk a surety bond in the penal sum of not less than $1,000,000.00 waiving and protecting the village harmless from all damages to property, both public and private, that may arise from the use of any of the streets, alleys or other public places in the moving of such structures.
