Construction of new sidewalks. Construction of new sidewalks in locations where there is no existing sidewalk shall be paid for in full out of the general fund when construction is recommended by the sidewalk committee and approved by the village council. Repair of existing sidewalks. Repair of existing sidewalks shall be paid for in full out of the general fund when construction is recommended by the sidewalk committee and approved by the village council. (Ord.
