Section 70.73
In addition to the forgoing, the Village of Mayville shall have the right to shut off any premises for which charges for water service are more than 30 days delinquent, and such service shall not be re-established until all delinquent charges, penalties, a turn off charge of $15.00 and a turn on charge of $80.00 (a total of $95.00) have been paid.
