Section 70.80
Any person, firm or corporation, public or private, or any public agency or instrumentality that receives water service without actually notifying the village in writing and without having paid the appropriate charges shall be punished by a civil infraction sanction of $500.00 in addition to being assessed appropriate charges for water service previously received as reasonably estimated by the village.
