Sufficient data to complete an annual report to the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and to monitor the program adequately for village purposes shall be maintained by the village water department, or that person designated by the village so to do, and their responsible agents. An inspection form will be used during the initial inspection procedure and all re-inspections.
